Your holidays in Seignosse

Hossegor Villas offers a selection of houses and villas for holiday rental in a wonderful, dreamy setting. Seignosse (40510) is a southern commune in les Landes (40), located on the Atlantic Ocean.

Seignosse likes to keep a lower profile than its neighbours and cultivate its difference, rooted in the richness of its local produce and diversity of its land, where nature abounds.

The town - or bourg - itself strongly embodies les Landes region and is set in the heart of les Landes forest. It connects to "Seignosse Océan" the seaside part of the town, through 3 miles of hilly forest bordered by cycling paths and dotted with lakes. This green oasis hosts architect Robert Van Hagge's masterpiece: Seignosse golf course, ranked among the top 50 European courses.

A few steps from the putting greens, the forest of maritime pines opens onto the beaches of Seignosse. Over 4 miles of fine sand lapped with waves of unique quality, attracting all the world surfing championships every year. Four legendary spots are scattered among the western beaches of the commune: Les Estagnots, the place where surfing first developed in the 80s. Here you will find long, powerful waves. It is the most consistent spot in the commune. Les Bourdaines, offers the most quality in terms of sand banks and consistency. Le Penon is the most popular beach in the commune. The quality of the sand banks is less consistent but can be excellent. Les Casernes, the northern-most and wildest beach in Seignosse.
